Liftrun / Product concept

A gym plan shaped around real life.

Liftrun explores a simple idea: tell the app what you want to achieve, when you can train, and what equipment you have. It turns those answers into a weekly gym plan you can review and adjust.

Liftrun concept collage showing onboarding and weekly plan screens
The concept moves from a short setup into a plan built around the user's schedule and equipment.
Liftrun onboarding asking about the user's fitness level
The plan starts with context, not a generic programme: fitness level, goals, and what the user can realistically commit to.
Liftrun training plan overview
The week is easy to scan, with the next session always clear and the full plan close by.
Liftrun workout detail screen
Each workout gets out of the way: exercise, sets, weight, and reps are the information that earns space.
Liftrun exercise logging flow
Logging a set is quick enough to do between exercises, without turning the workout into admin.
Liftrun progress and workout history screens
Progress is grounded in the sessions already completed, not abstract motivation scores.
Liftrun profile and training settings screens
The rest of the product stays focused on the same job: keep the plan useful as the person changes.

How it came together

Ask, build, adjust

The flow starts with the details that change a plan: fitness goal, training preference, days and session length, equipment, and experience. AI then drafts a schedule the user can inspect and edit. This is a product concept, so the screens show the proposed experience rather than a launched service or measured results.

The system behind Liftrun

A small system with a loud accent

Liftrun keeps the interface quiet so the plan can do the work: warm white screens, soft lilac surfaces, charcoal actions, and a circular mark that feels more like a starting point than a badge. The system balances an editorial voice with practical training data.
